Mistress Natasha does not like people who go back on their word. That is why when this guy did it, he had to be punished and she chose to do it with her sneakers. She trampled him with her sneakers and ensured that he was not only in pain, but that he was also humiliated and he understood that she would hold him to his word. He had to make it up to her and he did.
Mistress Jennyfer did not want to tolerate an irresponsible employee as it meant that he ,could jeopardize the operations of the company. The mistress had to change him but since he did not want to change, she had no choice but to make him do it. She did not want to fire him so she used sneaker trampling to make him realize that she would not let him be irresponsible at work.
When this mistress found out that it was this guy who had snitched on her, she knew that there was only one way to deal with him and she did it. The mistress forced him to lie down and she crushed and stomped on his face with her sneakers. She wanted instant change in him and after what she did to him, he never snitched again as he knew it would not end well for him.
This girl was too rude for this mistress and she felt that it was imperative for her to do something about it. The mistress had her lie down and she used her sneakers to punish her. And as the girl cried, the mistress just laughed at her and did not stop what she was doing to her. That is how she came to learn her lesson and avoid being rude.
When this guy happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time, he was given a taste of these mistress' sneakers even though he had not asked for it and for all intents and purposes, he did not deserve it as he had not done anything wrong. The guy even peed on himself as he did not believe what was happening to him. He wished he had never met the mistresses.
Lady Scarlet was disappointed in this guy because he was used to conning people and he thought he would con her too. Her disappointment arose from the fact that he appeared genuine but he ended up being a con. So the mistress messed the guy up by trampling him with her sneakers and making him rethink his choices so that he would never find himself in such a situation again.
